Every home is featured on my social media profiles, with listing photos and a home tour. On average these posts reach over 2000 engaged people per post.

I recommend to every client that they share the listing post and tour video when it goes live to share it to their network and help maximize the reach of their home.

We all like a house that is clean and tidy, which is why I work with professional cleaning services to get your home ready for showings and listing photos. Listing a home can be a stressful process, which is why I include professional cleaning as a value-added service so you have 1 less thing to do before it goes on the market.

When needed I work with house staging professionals to showcase your home’s best assets, impress buyers, and sell your home quickly for the highest price.
