The shadiest real estate tactic that would be changing the rules of the game. In, today's market, we have what is called a Form 244, where we're withholding offers until a specific date. Some agents, they'll they'll amend that and and change the rules of the game, and all of a sudden they got an offer.
And then instead of reviewing offers on Monday, now we're reviewing offers on Friday. And you don't have a chance to get your buyers in because your showing wasn't booked till Sunday.
