What's the difference between a good realtor and a great realtor? A great realtor, obviously open, honest, communication, those sort of things. Personable, outgoing, someone that you can trust, someone that's reliable, someone that you can account on, you deal with people you want to work with, and people that you like.
So a good realtor maybe doesn't get back to you right of way or doesn't is not listening to what you're asking for. Where a great realtor takes into consideration everything that you want in a home, in a neighborhood, and and where you want to go. And and that I think would be a big difference between a great and a good realtor.
