So what does the future growth look like for Port Stanley? At this point, you'll notice as you come into town, there's new development taking place on the south end, there's the new Kokomo development, there's development that's taking on down towards Main Beach. We're seeing new new condos going in through there.
It's gonna continue to grow. So really, port Stanley as a whole has maxed out its capacity and it's gonna continue to further push out. There's gonna be some new developments taking place and then we're gonna see a lot more infill. So people coming in, buying smaller little cottages, knocking 'em down, and then building new.
