The nicest house I ever sold, and I'm gonna be biased here. It was actually the house that I personally sold that was my own a couple years back. I flipped a house outside of town. It was 130 year old home. Two story red brick, beautiful maple floors on the first floor. Refinished walnut floors in the second floor, 12 inch trim.
Large pocket doors. It was absolutely beautiful. So I called it a 135 year old new home. That's probably my, favourite house that I've ever sold, and it was actually one of my own houses.
